1) What’s the shelf life?

Short answer: Keep it cold, keep it fresh.

  • Fridge: ~3–4 weeks. You’ll find a “Fresh Until” date on every jar for reference.

  • Freezer: Up to 3 months.

  • After thawing: Once you move it from freezer to fridge, it stays fresh for 3 weeks from the day you put it in the refrigerator.

  • Pro tip: If your gel arrives a bit liquid from shipping, that’s normal. Pop it in the refrigerator immediately—it will set back up and remains potent and safe to consume.

  • Best practices: Always use a clean utensil and keep your jar refrigerated.

2) How do I use/enjoy sea moss gel?

Think of sea moss like coconut oil—super versatile and ready to glow up your routine. Try it in:

  • Smoothies and juices

  • Hot drinks/teas

  • Oatmeal, yogurt, parfaits

  • Sauces, soups, and even marinades

3) Where do you source your sea moss?

From the pristine Caribbean waters of St. Lucia—wild-harvested and third-party tested for quality, safety, and purity. We work within a highly regulated supply chain to make sure you’re getting the good stuff, every time.

4) What’s your return policy?

Because our products are perishable, returns are only accepted if an item is defective or damaged during shipping, and must be reported within 3 days of delivery for an exchange.

  • Texture/consistency variations (firmer or looser gel) do not qualify as a defect.

  • To help us help you fast, include your order number and clear photos of the issue when you reach out.

5) How does shipping work?

We keep it fresh and fast.

  • Processing: Our gels are usually made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

  • Shipping speed: Orders ship 1–2 business days after processing via FedEx 2-Day Express at a flat rate. Florida orders typically arrive next day once shipped.

  • Temperature control: We pack with ice packs and thermal bags to help keep your gel cool. If your gel arrives liquid, that’s normal—refrigerate immediately and it will set back up. This does not affect potency or safety—it’s still safe to consume.

  • Local delivery (DeLand, FL area): Within 30–38 miles of DeLand, we hand-deliver for the same flat-rate fee. We’ll text to schedule a convenient delivery time once your order is ready.

  • Address tip: Please use a current physical street address (no P.O. Boxes) to avoid delays.
