Processing time
Our sea moss gels are typically made to order once a week to ensure maximum potency.
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
Shipping
Orders ship within 1–2 business days after processing.
We use FedEx 2-Day Express at a flat rate.
Florida orders typically arrive next day once shipped.
Packaging & temperature control
We pack orders with ice packs and thermal bags to help keep your gel cool in transit.
If your sea moss arrives liquid, don’t worry—this can happen during shipping. Place it in the refrigerator immediately upon arrival. Once chilled, it will set back up. This does not affect the potency or safety of the product—it is still safe to consume.
Local delivery
Within a 30–38-mile range of DeLand, FL, we offer hand delivery for the same flat-rate fee (similar to UberEats/Instacart).
Processing time is the same as above.
